Southern Joy Bakery & Bistro is a member of the Cleburne Chamber of Commerce and owned by Heather Aikman. We specialize in soups, salads, grilled sandwiches, quiche, custom cakes, cupcakes, muffins, cookies, & pastries. We offer catering and box lunches as well.
They supplied the pies for the pie eating contest and the prize gift certificate. Heather will also be the judge for our contest. You can purchase some of their goodies at the event at their vendor booth!
